Co-Founder & CEO

27 years EdTech10 exits

Jon Moser has spent nearly 30 years serving independent and international schools around the world. Throughout his career, he has partnered with thousands of schools across more than 120 countries, helping educational communities use technology to better serve students, families, and educators.

At his core, Jon's passion is simple:

Helping schools educate every child in the world.

He believes education remains one of the most powerful forces for changing lives, strengthening communities, and shaping the future. Few callings inspire him more than the educators, school leaders, and staff members who dedicate their lives to helping children learn, grow, and discover their potential.

Jon also loves technology.

Not technology for its own sake, but technology that solves meaningful problems, creates exceptional experiences, and helps people accomplish things that were previously impossible. He has spent his career at the intersection of education and innovation, helping schools navigate new technologies while staying focused on their mission.

That passion led him to found edu.studio.

Jon believes the AI era represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to reshape how schools operate and how technology supports education. Rather than adapting software built for corporations, edu.studio is being designed specifically for independent and international schools—bringing together AI, automation, and modern workflows to help schools focus on what matters most.

"We know this market better than anyone. Now we're building what schools actually need — to force-multiply the team they have and give every person their Friday back."

AI-first buildProduct & platform

Nate Little has spent over 20 years at the intersection of technology and education. Coming from a family of educators, he has long believed that education is key to building better lives and stronger communities.

In 2009, after building the initial product team at Indeed, Nate left to cofound SchoolAdmin, driven by the belief that school administrators deserve tools that make their jobs and lives easier. The people running the schools that educate our children deserve the best technology has to offer.

As SchoolAdmin grew from a startup into the leader in enrollment management software, Nate discovered a second passion: making products people love to use, at companies people love working for. That combined belief — that software should be a pleasure to use and people should look forward to coming to work every day — has shaped how he builds teams and products alike.

Nate is also drawn to technology's potential to create meaningful change. For the last several years, he's been at the forefront of AI-first innovation — developing products built around AI agents, leading AI-driven product and operations initiatives, and using LLM-powered automation to solve real-world problems. He sees AI as a once-in-a-generation opportunity to change how people live and work.

Those passions — building great products, serving educators, and putting AI to work — led him to partner with Jon to found edu.studio. There, he's building an AI-first platform that helps school staff reclaim their time so they can focus on what matters most: their community and their mission.

Nate is excited for you to join him in this journey.

"AI shouldn't replace the people in the building. It should give them back the time they were never supposed to lose in the first place and help supercharge their ability to get work done."

Mission

“We give you your Fridays back—by eliminating the work that shouldn't get in your way.”

We believe the future of education will be shaped by leaders who embrace both innovation and humanity. Technology can automate tasks, simplify operations, and create efficiencies, but the heart of education will always be people—teachers inspiring students, school leaders building communities, and families investing in the next generation.

Our vision for edu.studio is ambitious but straightforward:

To help schools around the world spend less time managing systems and more time changing lives.

The company is built on a culture of:

  • Team Over SelfWe win together, or not at all.
  • High Standards, No PassengersExcellence is expected from everyone.
  • Ownership Without BoundariesProblems belong to all of us.
  • Integrity When No One's WatchingTrust is earned through action.
  • Clarity Over HarmonyHonest conversations lead to better outcomes.
  • AI-Native ThinkingUse technology to eliminate low-value work and create leverage.
  • Care Personally, Challenge DirectlySupport and accountability go hand in hand.

Because the best technology doesn't replace educators.

It empowers them.

And when educators have more time, better tools, and stronger communities, every child has a greater opportunity to succeed.
